Celebrating 6 Years!+ 50 Artists under $50

During the month of December, Hatch Art House will be celebrating their 6th anniversary by showcasing all 50+ Hatch artists with gift giving art for $50 or less. As always, Hatch represents Wisconsin-based artists with the majority from the Madison area. Hatch also has an emphasis on upcycled and recycled material both in artwork and in the shop itself. The artist reception will be Friday, December 9th from 5-9pm. Coinciding with the 2nd Willy Wonderland Holiday Walk! Many local artists will be in attendance to talk about their work. We’ll have sweet treats and festive drinks on hand.
This holiday season, remember to shop small businesses and stay local. Hatch features Wisconsin artists, 90% of which are from the Madison area. When you buy from Hatch you know you are buying local.

Weather Patterns; an artist collaboration between Sarah Eichhorn and Lesley Numbers

A special collaboration between textile artist Sarah Eichhorn and printmaker Lesley Numbers. Lesley and Sarah will be available to talk about their work during the reception. The show will be up for the month of October with the artist reception, Friday, October 7th 5-9pm during the MMoCA Fall Gallery night. They are working on a series called Weather Patterns; incorporating weavings and printing. Refreshments will be served:)

September Featured Artist; Craig Grabhorn

The Hatch Art House featured artist for September is Craig Grabhorn of C.Cal Design Studio. Craig is currently the Community Arts Specialist with The John Michael Kohler Art Center in Sheboygan, WI. He’s been working on ceramic plaques to pair with his modern and fresh screen prints which will be highlighted at Hatch for the month of September.
Hatch will be showcasing Craig’s work from September 1st-30th with an artist reception on Friday, September 9th from 6-9pm. Refreshments will be served.
